1 1 In Thee, O LORD, I put my trust.
Put to shame never let me be.
 2 Deliver in Your righteousness
and free me. Bow Your ear to me

and save me. 3 Become unto me
for a Rock of habitation
to enter in continually.
To save me You have commanded

2 for Thou art my Rock and Fortress.
4 My God, rescue me from the hand
of the wicked, out of the palm
of the unrighteous and cruel man.

5 For You are my hope, O Lord GOD,
 since days youth my certainty.
6 On You have I leaned from the womb,
from my Mom's belly severed me.

3 My praise shall be continually
in Thee. 7 Like as a spectacle
I have become unto many,
but You are my mighty stronghold.

8 My mouth shall be filled with Thy praise,
all the day long with Thy glory.
9 Do not cast me not off in old age.
When my strength fails, don't forsake me.

4 10 For my enemies spoke  'gainst me,
and for my soul they are watching.
They have consulted together,
11 "God has forsaken him", saying.

"Pursue and seize him, for there's none
to deliver."  12 God, not far be
from me; my God, haste to my help.
13 Let them be ashamed, finished be.

5 The adversaries to my soul;
with reproach let them covered be,
and dishonor that seek my hurt.
14 But as for me, continually,

I'll hope, and all Thy praise add on.
15 My mouth Thy righteousness recounts,
all the day long Thy salvation
because I have not known the counts.

6 16 I'll go in the might of Lord GOD.
I'll remind of Thy righteousness,
Thine alone. 17 You've taught me, O God,
since my youth, and 'til the present.

Thy marvelous works I will tell.
18 Now also, when I'm gray and old,
O God, forsake me not, until
to a generation I've told

7 Thine arm, and to all those to come
Thy might. 19 And Thy righteousness, God,
is to the heights; great things You've done.
Who is there like to Thee, O God?

20 Who has caused me to see many
and sore troubles. Revive again,
and out from the depths of the earth
You will bring me back up again.

8 21 You will multi-ply my growth, and
 You will encompass, comfort me.
22 I'll also praise thee with the harp.
Thy truth, my God, I'll sing to Thee

with the lyre, Thou the One Holy
of Israel. 23 My lips for joy sing
because I sing psalms unto Thee,
and my soul, which Thou hast redeemed.

9 24 Also My tongue all the day long
shall about Thy righteousness speak
for they'll be shamed for they'll be brought
to confusion that my hurt seek.

Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my Rock, and my Redeemer.

1Corinthians 4:9 For I think that God has set us the apostles for the last, as appointed to death. For we have become a spectacle to the world, both to angels and men.

2Samuel 16:20 Then Absalom said to Ahithophel, "Give your advice. What shall we do?"
21 And Ahithophel said to Absalom, "Go in to your father's concubines, whom he has left to keep the house; then all Israel will hear that you have made yourself odious to your father. The hands of all who are with you will also be strengthened."
22 So they pitched a tent for Absalom on the roof, and Absalom went in to his father's concubines in the sight of all Israel.
23 And the advice of Ahithophel, which he gave in those days, was as if one inquired of the word of God; so was all the advice of Ahithophel regarded by both David and Absalom.
17:1 Furthermore, Ahithophel said to Absalom, "Please let me choose 12,000 men that I may arise and pursue David tonight.
2 "And I will come upon him while he is weary and exhausted and will terrify him so that all the people who are with him will flee. Then I will strike down the king alone,
3 and I will bring back all the people to you. The return of everyone depends on the man you seek; then all the people shall be at peace."
4 So the plan pleased Absalom and all the elders of Israel.

Judges 6:12 And the Angel of the LORD appeared to him, and said to him, "The LORD is with you, you mighty man of valor!"
13 Gideon said to Him, "O my lord, if the LORD is with us, why then has all this happened to us? And where are all His miracles which our fathers told us about, saying,`Did not the LORD bring us up from Egypt?' But now the LORD has forsaken us and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites."
14 Then the LORD turned to him and said, "Go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. Have I not sent you?"

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "The just shall live by faith."

Proverbs 16:31 Gray hair is a crown of glory. In the way of righteousness it is found..

Psalm 45:1 For the overcomer. Upon water lillies. Through the sons of Korah. An instruction; -- a song of the Beloved. My heart is welling forth with a good matter: I say what I have composed touching the king. My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
2 Thou art fairer than the sons of men; grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God hath blessed thee for ever.
