Psalm 81 For the Overcomer upon the winepresses. Through Asaph.
1 1 Sing joyfully to God our strength.
To God of Jacob shout.
2 Raise a song. Sound the tambourine,
the pleasant harp with lute.
3 Blow the trumpet at the new moon,
the set time of our feast.
4 For Israel this is a statute,
God of Jacob's decree.
2 5 He ordained it in Joseph for
a testimony bright.
Over Egypt land He went forth,
heard language I knew not.
6 I took his shoulder from burdens,
his palms from baskets freed.
7 You called upon Me in trouble,
and I delivered thee.
3 I answer thee in the secret
place of mighty thunder.
I prove thee at waters of strife,
of Meribah. Selah.
8 Hear My people, I'll testify
O Israel, unto thee.
If you would hearken, (9) no strange God
in thee would come to be.
4 Neither shall you worship any
strange god of foreign lands.
10 I am the LORD thy God that brought
thee up from Egypt land.
Open thy mouth wide, and I will
fill it abundantly.
11 But My people heard not My voice.
Israel would none of Me.
5 12 So I gave them up unto their
hearts' stubbornness, you see.
They walked after their own counsels.
13 Oh that they would hear Me,
that Israel would walk in My ways!
I would humble their enemies
and their adversaries.
6 15 Despisers of the LORD will feign
obedience unto Him.
Then their appointed time became
'till the time of the end.
16 And He did cause him to enjoy
of the fat of the wheat,
and with honey out of the Rock
wilI I satisfy thee.

Luke 22:19 And having taken a loaf, when he had given thanks, he broke it, and gave it to them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
1Corinthians 11:23 For *I* received from the Lord, that which I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus, in the night in which he was delivered up, took bread,
24 and having given thanks broke it, and said, This is my body, which is for you: this do in remembrance of me.
25 In like manner also the cup, after having supped, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood: this do, as often as ye shall drink it, in remembrance of me.
26 For as often as ye shall eat this bread, and drink the cup, ye announce the death of the Lord, until he come. (1Co 11:23-26 DBY)
1 Corinthians 10:1 For I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; (1Co 10:1 DBY)
and I will speak, O Israel!
And I will,
witness in you, I am God, your God.
John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say to you, He that believes on me, the works which I do shall he do also, and he shall do greater than these, because I go to the Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, this will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.
15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will and it shall come to pass to you.
8 In this is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit, and ye shall become disciples of mine.
16 "You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
16:23 "And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you.
24 "Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.
Hebrews 3:7 Wherefore, even as says the Holy Spirit, To-day if ye will hear his voice,
8 harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness;
15 in that it is said, To-day if ye will hear his voice, do not harden your hearts, as in the provocation;
4:4 For he has said somewhere of the seventh day thus, And God rested on the seventh day from all his works:
5 and in this again, If they shall enter into my rest.
6 Seeing therefore it remains that some enter into it, and those who first received the glad tidings did not enter in on account of not hearkening to the word,
7 again he determines a certain day, saying, in David, 'To-day,' after so long a time; (according as it has been said before), To-day, if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
Psalm 55:22 Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and *he* will sustain thee: he will never suffer the righteous to be moved.
Zechariah 11:8 And I caused the three shepherds to perish in one month; and My soul loathed them, and their soul also abhorred Me.
What have you to do to with this?
to be defining My statutes?
Should you take My,
covenant in your mouth?
17 Seeing you hate
correction, and toss My words behind you.
18 When saw a thief, you're pleased with him,
and cast your lot with adulterers.
19 You loose your mouth for evil
and harness your tongue for deceit.
20 You sit and speak against your brother.
You slander the,
son of your own mother.
21 These things you've done,
and I kept silence.
You thought that I was just like you,
but I'll show you a thing or two,
and set the things in order
before your very own eyes.
22 O please consider this.
you that forget God, lest I tear in pieces,
and there will be no one who releases.
Luke 21:24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led captive into all the nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
Rom 11:25 For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.
Daniel 9:24 Seventy weeks are apportioned out upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to close the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make expiation for iniquity, and to bring in the righteousness of the ages, and to seal the vision and prophet, and to anoint the holy of holies.
25 Know therefore and understand: From the going forth of the word to restore and to build Jerusalem unto Messiah, the Prince, are seven weeks, and sixty-two weeks. The street and the moat shall be built again, even in troublous times.
26 And after the sixty-two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, and shall have nothing; and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with an overflow, and unto the end, war, -- the desolations determined.
27 And he shall confirm a covenant with the many for one week; and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and because of the protection of abominations there shall be a desolator, even until that the consumption and what is determined shall be poured out upon the desolate.
Psalm 82:1 God standeth in the assembly,
the assembly of God where He
judges within the gods.
2 How long will ye judge unjustly,
and wicked persons ye carry?
3 Judge the poor and the fatherless.
To meek and needy do justice.
4 Rescue those who are in distress.
Save from the wicked's hand.
5 They know not, neither do discern.
In darkness they walk on and on.
Moved are all the earth's foundations.
6 I have said, Ye are gods.
All ye are sons of the Most High,
7 but just like men, you'll surely die.
Like princes you will fall from high.
8 Arise God, Judge the earth.
for You'll inherit all nations.
Deuteronomy 31: 29 For I (Moses) know that after my death you will become utterly corrupt,
and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you;
and evil will befall you in the latter days,
because you will do evil in the sight of the LORD,
to provoke Him to anger through the work of your hands.
30 Then Moses spoke in the hearing of all the assembly of Israel the words of this song until they were ended:
32:13 Upon the earth's high places,
He did cause them to ride.
And he ate the field's produce,
from the Rock sucked honey,
and oil from the strong Rock,
14 milk from cattle and sheep,
lambs, rams and goats of Bashan
with fat kidneys of wheat.
And you did drink of pure wine,
the blood of the grape sweet.
35 Vengeance is Mine, says the Lord,
and recompense Mine too.
The time when their (Israel's enemies) foot shall slip,
calamity comes due.
The things to come will make haste.
36 The LORD judge His people,
and repent for His servants
when He sees pow'r is null.
There is none shut up or left.
Philippians 1:27 Only let your manner of life be worthy of the gospel of Christ: that, whether I come and see you or be absent, I may hear of your state, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one soul striving for the faith of the gospel; (Phi 1:27 ASV)
